Returns & Refund

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by our company within 14 days of delivery for a full merchandize refund (Order total minus shipping). Items should be returned in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached. By law, intimate garments containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been worn or tried on.

We will also pay the return shipping (or provide PRE-PAID label) if the return is a result of our error.

Wholesale bulk lots may be returned only if defective.

Returns Procedure for US Orders:
  1. Contact us through Amazon Returns Centre
  2. We will send RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return instructions through email the next business day.
  3. Prepare the package with full or partial order you want to return,
  4. Ship the package
  5. Ship the package through any service. Once the package is received, credit will be applied to the credit card used for purchase.


Additional clarity on Returns:

  1. If customer wants to return and if there is no error from our end then the Customer will have to pay return shipping charges
  2. There will be 15% restocking fee charge on return packages
  3. Refunds will be issued with 10 days of receiving the package
  4. If you receive any damaged items, error, defect: we will issue a full refund or send out a replacement
  5. Inception regarding returned items may take 3-5 working days. Therefore, when ordering. please make sure your order is of the right color, size, and brand, etc.
